Sodium Silcofluoride

Na₂SiF6
A synthetic compound obtained from the neutralisation of hydrofluosilicate acid with sodium carbonate. It is a stable compound in storage if kept dry. As a flux and an opacifier it is often used as a substitute for sodium fluoride.
